Information collected
If you join the waitlist, we save your email address, your consent, the product or collection you expressed interest in, and a submission timestamp. If you send an enquiry, we save your name, email address, subject, message, consent and submission timestamp.
Why we collect it
Waitlist details are collected for Skin Anthem launch updates. Enquiry details are collected so the team can read and respond to your message. Submissions are stored in the project’s managed database and are not displayed publicly. Customer email delivery is not connected, so you will not receive an automatic email receipt or launch message from this site at this stage.
Optional information and local storage
Please do not include sensitive medical, payment or identity information in an enquiry. The shopping bag uses your browser’s local storage to remember the products you choose. This is not an order, and no payment information is requested. You can remove items from your bag or clear your browser storage.
Requests and policy status
To request removal of your details or withdraw consent, submit an enquiry with the subject “Data removal” and the email address you used. Requests are saved for the team; this is not an automatic deletion tool. A final privacy policy, contact details for the responsible business, retention period and email-service disclosures still need owner confirmation before public sales begin.
